We are looking for a passionate and experienced MES/MOM (Manufacturing Execution System/ Manufacturing Operations Management) Project Manager to join our team.

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for achieving overall project success, defining business objectives of the project, preparing project plan (scope, schedule, budget), and executing the plan.

What you'll do:

• Define business objectives and prepare project plan (scope, schedule, budget) for Agile software development projects
• Monitor project progress (plan vs. actual), solve obstacles, adjust project plan, escalate problems if necessary
• Manage changes of project scope, schedule, and budget
• Identify and manage project risks
• Manage customer relationship and customer satisfaction, solve conflict situations
• Manage project team to assure maximum efficiency and time utilization
• Support sales and pre-sales activities

What we are looking for:

1.  Agile/SCRUM Project Management

• Mastery of Agile and SCRUM methodologies
• Facilitation of SCRUM ceremonies
• Prioritization and backlog management

2. Technical Expertise in MES/ERP

• Expertise in MES or ERP systems
• Integration and customization of systems
• Understanding of industrial challenges

3. Stakeholder Management and Communication

• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership
• Client expectation management
• Communication and negotiation

4. Performance Tracking and Risk Management

• Planning and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Proactive risk management
• Adaptability and change management

Education

• IT related degree, Computer Science or similar
