Sales Manager
We are looking for a Sales Expert to join our international team based in Porto office. Our future Sales Engineer will contribute to the company's commercial development by generating growth in named existing accounts and opening new client accounts. You will develop and close business opportunities, expand our footprint and achieve revenue targets in our services portfolio.
Main Responsibilities :

- Acting as a leader, you ensure that the company adheres to the following requirements:
- Identify and pursue business opportunities to expand our organization within existing and new accounts, achieving revenue targets through strategic customer engagement and value-driven consulting
- Develop trusted relationships with key executives to support long-term partnerships and business transformation, positioning our offerings as a competitive advantage.
- Define and execute client strategies, promoting our business’ strategic vision and securing commitment for digital transformation.
Detailed Responsibilities
1. Business growth
- Implement and execute commercial policies and action plans, meeting objectives and priorities for a list of named clients.
- Drive business growth by leveraging market analysis and industry insights, and by signing contracts with prospects transformed into clients.
- Promote our extensive service portfolio to these prospects and named clients.
- Supervise, coordinate, and actively participate in the drafting of commercial offers (including engagements, sales strategy definition, pricing, costs, and margins in collaboration with pre-sales and operational managers) and technical offers.
2. Cross-Departmental Coordination

3. Customer satisfaction
- Detect new contract opportunities by constantly evaluating client needs.
- Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining privileged relationships with them on-site.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and external representation events to contribute to the company's growth and promote its image and reputation.
4. Organization
- Monitor the MOM/MES market to anticipate competitor offers and identify their strengths and weaknesses.
- Use the company's CRM as a daily ally to organize activities and define priorities.

- Knowledge of industrial automation, manufacturing processes, and digital transformation
- Understanding of MES/MOM, supply chain management, and digital manufacturing

Education and Experience
- Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Economics background is valued; an engineering degree is a plus but not mandatory)
- At least 5 years of experience in software solution sales or pre-sales
Languages
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must to interact with international clients and partners.
- French language would be a bonus
